You can register for Disney Institute Open Enrollment programs as an individual or a group of up to 19 people! If you would like to send a group of 20 or more, our Group Programs can be customized for your organization.
The program fee for each session is $3,895 per person (a $200, 90-day advance booking discount is available) and includes the following:
  • Three nights of accommodations
  • One 3 Day Theme Park ticket with Park Hopper® option
  • Three-and-a-half days of programs starting at 5 p.m. on the first day and ending at 1:30 p.m. on the fourth day
  • Comprehensive reference materials of program content
  • Professional Disney Institute Facilitators
  • Special Field Experiences “On Stage” and behind the scenes
  • Meetings with front-line leaders and Cast Members
  • A special graduation ceremony
  • A participant list for future networking
  • A welcome dinner on opening night, buffet breakfast and lunch daily and refreshment breaks
  • Unlimited use of the Disney Resorts transportation system

Sessions are held either at our world-class meeting and convention facilities, or at your own location. Wherever the sessions are held, they all feature the same top facilitators and engaging subject matter. Our Three-and-a-Half-Day and One-Day Seminars at Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida and Disneyland® Resort in California have the added dimension of including behind-the-scenes field experiences throughout our resorts.
Additional room nights may be available at a discounted rate three days prior to and three days after the session in the same resort where the program is held.*

Orlando, FL — $195 per night per room plus 12.5% tax, based on double occupancy.

Anaheim, CA — $229 per night per room plus 15% tax, based on double occupancy; includes resort fee.

*Extended stays are based on availability.
Special Theme Park tickets are available for purchase. You will have the chance to upgrade the three-day ticket included in your registration. You will also receive a link to purchase additional tickets for your party in your confirmation email after you register. These tickets are valid 10 days from the first day of use; discuss ticket expiration dates upon check-in.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your program, you can cancel for a full refund 60 days before the program start date. If you must cancel within 60 days before the program start date, you may transfer to any other available date. You may not cancel or transfer your reservation within 30 days of the program date.
